Refund and Cancellation Policy

for Kynex Technologies

Service Cancellation

a) By Customer

  • Customers may request cancellation by contacting support via email or phone
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3–7 days prior to the next billing cycle
  • Once the billing cycle starts, cancellation will be effective from the next cycle

b) By Company

Kynex Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate services:

  • Due to non-payment
  • Violation of terms and acceptable use policy
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Refund Policy

a) Installation Charges

  • Installation and activation charges are strictly non-refundable

b) Subscription Charges

  • No refund will be provided once the service is activated
  • Partial usage of service will not be eligible for refund

c) Advance Payments

  • In case of advance payments, refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting:
    • Installation charges
    • Usage charges (pro-rata basis)
    • Applicable taxes

Service Downtime / Technical Issues

  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, fiber cuts, power failure, or third-party issues are not eligible for refunds
  • In exceptional cases, compensation may be provided at the company’s discretion

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or bank transfer

Equipment Return

  • Any company-provided equipment (ONU, router, etc.) must be returned in good condition
  • Failure to return equipment may result in deduction from refundable amount

No Refund Cases

  • Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

    • Change of mind after activation
    • Customer relocation or service unavailability in new area
    • Violation of company policies
    • Misuse of services

Modification of Policy

Kynex Technologies reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services for violation of terms
  • Disconnect services for non-payment
  • Modify service plans or pricing

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Odisha, India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of local courts.
