Kynex Technologies provides services including but not limited to:

- Networking & IT Infrastructure Solutions

- Structured Cabling (OFC/UTP)
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information
- Not to misuse the network for illegal activities
- Not to engage in hacking, spamming, or unauthorized access
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Payments & Billing
- All services are provided on a prepaid/postpaid basis as agreed
- Bills must be paid within the due date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Taxes (GST) will be applicable as per government norms
- No refunds will be provided once services are activated
Service Availability
- We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party failures
- Kynex Technologies is not liable for losses due to service interruptions
Installation & Equipment
- Installation charges are non-refundable
- Customer must provide access for installation and maintenance
- Any damage to company equipment due to negligence will be chargeable
Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not:
- Use services for unlawful purposes
- Share copyrighted or illegal content
- Attempt to disrupt network security
- Resell services without authorization
Violation may lead to immediate termination without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Kynex Technologies shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of data, business, or revenue
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues caused by third-party providers
Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services for violation of terms
- Disconnect services for non-payment
- Modify service plans or pricing

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Odisha, India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of local courts.
